Motherhood became an abrupt “wake up” with children who weren’t thriving. I had to scour the world of natural health and healing for my answers. Ultimately it wasn’t enough, and landed me in the realm of spirituality, using my spirit to self heal and heal my family. One of my biggest current passions is exploring the divine femine and how to flow more naturally with spirit lead intuition.
Healing Through Spirit
One of my greatest passions is healing through spirit and water and sharing that knowledge with others. When we know how to harness our own “super powers” we become the creators of our own realities and are able to bend the matrix in the direction we wish.
Homeopathic Medicine
Through the course of healing my children I found great love and respect for homeopathic medicine and autopathy, which is gently reminding the body and energy fields how to heal themselves. This has kept friends and family out of the ER and has removed deep rooted multigenerational trauma. I have enjoyed teaching intro courses as it is a big part of my spiritual evolution.
Motivation & Goal Setting
As a former elite athlete, setting passionate goals and working towards them is a way of life. As much as I enjoyed participating in my sport, coaching & motivating people is a deeper passion.
The journey to increase your connection to your inner guidance & Source can be bumpy. We are all in it together and my biggest goal through speaking is for us all to etherically hug each other along the way.

My entire adult life has been dedicated to increasing my spiritual awareness and helping people with natural healing. I currently have a beautiful healing center named Serendipity in Swaziland, Africa which I have been running for over 20 years. I am a mom who has experienced both the incredible consciousness inside our next generation as well as struggles with children on this planet. Although it is not always easy, this has fueled me to learn how to find peace, even in chaos, and motivates me to continue to explore my own powers as spirit in this realm.
Natural Healing & Spirit Work
At my practice in Swaziland, Africa I focus on natural healing and teaching clients about their own healing powers, as they are ready. I practice Kinesiology, Zone Therapy, am quite skilled in natural remedies. People come to see me for anything they would see a Dr. for, but would appreciate a more natural approach. I also teach clients about their spirits, how to command their sprits, about this interesting world around us, and whatever I feel they are ready to explore to harness their own powers of spirit.
Lecturing on Spirit
In the past 20 years I have had the opportunity to learn from many sought after spiritual teachers and have even walked across fire 3 times! I love putting this cumulative knowledge into practice & teaching it to clients. Through my healing center, Serendipity, I have often held lectures, open to all clients. One of my greatest passions is teaching and helping others weave through the indoctrination we’ve received here so they can start harnessing their own power from their spirit. I greatly enjoy taking the complex and telling it through story and images so the masses can understand it. I absolutely love waking people up to them being more than these bodies and seeing the power they actually hold in their lives and personal healing.

I am very interested in exploring this topic in depth and will be talking about it a lot on the show.
