Organic Spirulina Tablets
These are organic, cold-pressed, single ingredient spirulina tablets I buy on Amazon. I was SHOCKED how much natural energy spirulina provided me when I tried them. I have tried so many things in the health space over the past decade and this has made more difference in energy than anything else. These (and Nano Soma) are the only things I take daily, outside of food. I personally take 10-15 daily and my kids take 6-8 because they just make us feel so good! Organic Blue Spirulina Powder
When I was spirulina shopping on Amazon, I HAD to try this blue one because I saw the beautiful color and its vibrance just called to me. I add this to my and my kid’s water sometimes (blue water is SO FUN!), and we add it to everything we can: yogurts, cottage cheese, any creamy dressing, ice cream, pretty much anything it will blend into! The kids really enjoy eating blue things 🙂 As long as you don’t go crazy, I don’t find it changes the flavor, and keeps everyone getting the amazing benifits of spirulina in their bodies.

Organic Tumeric w/ Black Pepper
Tumeric (curcumin) is very syngetic with cumin (Black seed oil) as well as black pepper (which this includes). Often I will take 2-4 capsules of this along side the black seed oil, again depending on the severity of the issue I’m addressing. For me black seed oil is the power house and this is a nice complement. I use it along side black seed oil for anything having to do with inflammation (headaches, body pains, colds / flus / detox symptoms). ~Molly
Organic Black Seed Oil
Black seed oil is one of my favorite “cure alls”. I use it for headaches, colds & flus, and anything which may be rooted in inflammation. I have often found a tablespoon of Black Seed Oil will remove a headache when nothing else will touch it. I will take 1-2 tablespoons of the liquid depending on severity of the headache, body ache, or sickness. It doesn’t have the best flavor, but you have to take a lot of capsules to take a tablespoon and I personally don’t find it as effective. Chase with water and it’s not so bad 🙂 Don’t take on an empty stomach. ~Molly
Calc Fluor 6X Cell Salt
Looking for pineal gland support? Calc Fluor, or Calcium Fluoride in homeopathic potency, helps to remove fluoride from the body. Calc Fluor does the opposite of what the chemical fluoride does. Where fluoride makes things hard and brittle, Calc Fluor in homeopathic form takes what is too brittle or too soft in the body and brings it back into balance (think brittle bones or stretched out tendons). It’s also a great remedy for dissolving bone spurs. Many homeopaths would suggest taking Calc Fluor 6X 2-3 times a day. They just dissovle a single tablet under their tounge. ~Molly
Homeopathic WellGuard
This is my favorite cold / flu homeopathic combination remedy. I love using homeopathy because it is purely a subtle energy signature. It’s safe for littles & EASY to get them to take. It is COACHING the body how to cure itself, so each time homeopathy works it means your body got smarter at curing itself! I love this cold / flu remedy because it includes Aconitum & Gesemium in a higher potency than any of the Borion combos and is more effective for me. It also includes Anas Barbariae 200C which is the most common flu symptom cure all. ~Molly
Rescue Remedy
This is a stress & injury combination homeopathic remedy made of several flower essences in a 5X potency. For me, it works similarly to Aconite + Gelsemium. I know some people prefer one of the other and I have one child who responds getting to Acon. + Gels and another who responds better to Rescue Remedy. Besides using on my own personal stress, anxiety, or acute injury situations I’ve also used this a lot on injured animals because it’s very gentle. I’ll put a drop of it in water for an injured bird and watch it fly off after getting a little on it’s beak. 🙂 ~Molly
Homeopathic Rescue Pastilles
This contains the same homeopathic flower essences as the Rescue Remedy in liquid. It’s a great anti-stress helper that fits in a purse and super easy to get kids to take since it tastes like candy. The extra ingredients are “clean” but not organic. I’ve let it slide on this one, because it’s just come in really handy on the go. Sometimes when I’ve had a really long day, or I can tell one of my kids is having one in the back seat of the car, this is my “easy button” cheat. We generally work on going within to control our energy, but kids… sometimes I pick my battles for the day 🙂 ~Molly
Aconitum napellus 200C (ck)
Aconitum (Aconite) is one of the most versitle homeopathic remedies there is. Aconite is for anything shocking: physical or emotional. Any injury which came on suddendly (car crash, trip & fall, head bonk on the playground, cut, etc) or the emotions of shock, fear, panic, and often stress. If I can not address the injury or emotion by my own words or with the help of water, this is what I go to, and it will help your body figure out how to process out the emotion, or pain & injury. With all homeopathy dosing frequency is an art form. Use your inner guidance as you could need a remedy on the minute for something very severe or a single dose for fear or stress you can’t get to process out of your body. ~Molly
Gelsemium 200C (ck)
Gelsemium is the most common remedy for anxiety, apprehension & nerviousness. It is also an amazing cold and flu remedy as stress is a big cause of sickness / imbalance! When sick, I often take gels. once a day and it shorterns the duration of the sickness. While the goal is to stay neutral & in our hearts, this is what I use when life runs away from me and I’m having a hard time processing anxiety out of my body.
Gelsemium and Aconite are often used together for a stress / fear / anxiety combo. If I feel those emotions and can not process them out on my own, taking a dose of these at the same time allows that energy to leave my body. ~Molly
